How does the banked monthly credit work?
Your monthly membership fee banks as a credit toward any qualifying service. Use it on injectables or wellness services. Most members spend well beyond their credit once they are in the chair, and member pricing applies on top.
What are the minimum commitments?
Aesthetic and Concierge Medicine memberships have a Cancel anytime with 3 days' notice. After the minimum, you are free to continue month to month.
Are labs and hormones included in concierge pricing?
Lab fees are billed separately across all concierge tiers and can be billed through your insurance. For hormone replacement therapy, the hormones themselves are mailed to you at your expense and billed separately from your monthly membership.
What makes the weight loss bundle different?
A GLP-1 medication (semaglutide or equivalent) is included in the $800 monthly rate, alongside monthly InBody scans, nutrition guidance, and progress reviews with Dr. Chahine. Because your physician is monitoring the full picture, not just the scale, outcomes tend to be stronger. If tirzepatide is the better fit, your rate adjusts to $1,050 per month at the low dose, or $1,250 at the higher dose.
What is a med spa, exactly?
A med spa, short for medical spa, pairs results-driven clinical treatments with the calm of a spa, all under physician oversight. Our Westlake Village med spa serves Thousand Oaks and the greater Conejo Valley with injectables, microneedling, lasers, concierge medicine, and medical weight loss in one place. A membership simply makes that care a regular rhythm rather than a once in a while splurge.
What is the difference between Botox and fillers like Juvederm?
Tox, including Botox, relaxes the muscles behind movement lines such as crow’s feet and forehead creases, and it is measured in units. Fillers such as Juvederm restore volume that fades over time, which is why filler is a popular choice for cheeks, lips, and smile lines. Plenty of members use both as one plan. Because the right dose and product depend on your face, we personalize everything in your visit rather than quoting units online.
What is RF microneedling, and how is it different from regular microneedling?
Microneedling creates tiny channels in the skin to prompt your body’s own collagen. RF microneedling, offered here as VirtueRF, adds radiofrequency energy at the same time to reach deeper layers and support skin tightening and smoother texture. It pairs well with treatments like exosome therapy for skin renewal. Which option suits you depends on your skin and goals, which we map out together first.
